For more than 34 years, ARS has provided employment, training services, education, and transitional independent living skills for individuals with developmental disabilities of all cultures. Participants work and receive training in various aspects of assembly-related processes in a modern production facility - some earning a paycheck for the very first time.
Our participants receive training in various aspects of assembly-related work in a modern production facility. All jobs are supervised by qualified technical staff members who follow strict measures of quality control, and all work is guaranteed to be completed on time. Many companies that contract with ARS benefit from a reduction in costs related to overhead, payroll, payroll taxes, workmen's compensation and unemployment claims.
